1. What is the lead time for ordering a fire pit?

The fire pit is manufactured to individual customer order. Production starts as soon as the order is finalised, i.e. payment is credited to our bank account. Production time is 2-3 weeks. After taking into account the time for delivery of the product, the total lead time is 3-4 weeks.

2. What is the deadline for making payment for the order?

The deadline for payment, i.e. the finalisation of the order, is 3 working days from the date the order is placed. If payment is not made on time, the order will be cancelled.

3. To which bank number should payment for the order be made and how should it be titled?

Payment for the order should be made to bank number 36 1090 1098 0000 0001 3524 5445 (Santander Bank Polska). The title of the payment should be the order number and the name of the ordering party.

4. What is the cost of transporting my order?

The cost of delivery within Poland is PLN 280.00. If you wish to have your product delivered outside of Poland, please contact us directly: info@garden-fireplace.com.

5. Is there an order discount when ordering fire pits in bulk with any other product available in our range, e.g. a light fitting?

A discount is available on all bulk orders. For information on its amount, please contact us directly: info@garden-fireplace.com.

The discount to be applied depends on the quantity and type of products ordered.

Please bear in mind that in case of an order concerning various types of products from our full offer available at art-metal.pl, the issue of transport costs may change. In this situation, please also contact us individually at the above-mentioned e-mail address.

6. What types of fire pits are available?

There are 3 main types of hearths in our range, distinguishing 10 types. For details, please refer to the file Fire Pits Catalogue 2023.

7. What dimensions are available for a fire pit?

At the moment, there is only one size of hearth available in our range, i.e. 120 cm top width. In the future, we plan to expand our range with a hearth top width of 160 cm.

8. Are additional product modifications possible, other than those available in the configurator?

The available hearth modifications are the only ones that are feasible.

9. What are the recommendations and contraindications for using a fire pit?

Full information on the recommendations and contraindications for the correct use of the product is regulated in the General User Manual. Please take the time to read its contents.

10. How long is the guarantee valid for?

The guarantee is valid for 2 years from the date of delivery of the order to the address indicated by the customer.

11. Is it possible to return it without stating a reason?

The return of the fire pit (without stating a reason inclusive) is possible for customers for whom the order has not been invoiced to the company within 14 days of delivery. The product cannot be unpacked and therefore cannot be used.
